Protip: sprinkling holy water on an atheist does not cause her to melt.
AHAHAHA. Dumbasses.

Don't be so quick to laugh just yet.

Now aren't you glad you're no longer in high school? I know I am. :p

(FYI for anyone curious: this is VERY bad news for not just one state but the ENTIRE country as Texas sets the publishing standards for the MAJORITY of textbook publishers in the *nation.* Meaning, kids will become even dumber over the next 10 years as the brainwashing and indoctrination set in.)

There is hope, however...

...still, we're not having kids, and I think this is to the benefit of the little never-to-be-born kidlets. Goodness forbid we raise them with facts and common sense, and they then have to navigate a society that believes Jesus founded the thirteen original colonies, and Thomas Jefferson was a dangerous hack.

I'm seriously considering following purrsia's lead and homeschooling my kids if I do end up adopting.

p.s. I'm loving the succession of cat icons here. XD

Hehee! Sorry to screw up the theme ;)

Homeschooling sounds more and more reasonable all the time. Soon, it may well be the only reasonable option. Funny how it was once the refuge of these evangelical nutbags, until said nutbags got to take their steaming, ignorant shits all over the national public school system...

Riiiiight. And we Christ killing Jews use baby Christians' blood to make matzah. Let's see them cleanse the air with that "holy water" when I fart in their general direction.
