Behold! I have too much time on my hands
steelerbabe777steelerbabe777 on November 16th, 2007 01:23 pm (UTC)
I FUCKING LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I swear, that made me LOL so hard my boss goes, "what's wrong with you??" She is used to it most of the time, because of various websites and emails from friends all day, but I haven't LOL'd that loud or hard in a long time!

Just wait until the next Big Ben thread, I am going to pimp it out all over Fark!! =D

GOOD JOB, A++++++++++++++!!
Miusherimiusheri on November 16th, 2007 01:29 pm (UTC)
Hee! Glad you like! ^_^ I'm honestly surprised no one on Fark came up with it first...
steelerbabe777steelerbabe777 on November 16th, 2007 01:34 pm (UTC)
No one else on Fark is as Steeler-creative as you are, baby! :D The only thing they can come up with in relation to Big Ben HotnessBerger is "durrr, motorcycle accident, tee hee"...

Miusheri: jon with tequilamiusheri on November 16th, 2007 03:06 pm (UTC)
Meh, I'd rather have a QB who got in a motorcycle accident than one who runs around knocking up supermodels and abandoning them shortly thereafter. How come no one mentions Jesus Brady's track record off the field? =P
steelerbabe777steelerbabe777 on November 16th, 2007 03:49 pm (UTC)
I totally agree. Ben is not only an amazing person on the field, but off the field as well. I don't see Brady making headlines for donating his personal time and money to charities like Ben does, all I see is headlines about which supermodel he's currently involved with and which one is expecting his crotchfruit.

The guy is a total asshat yet no one mentions his track record off the field because there's nothing to be proud of aside from his skills on the field. He's not the all-around great guy that Ben is. He's a pompous douche.

Plus, it's easy to be a fantastic QB when you know the other team's plays and oh yeah, you have Randy Fucking Moss. Big Ben is doing great.

Now if only Eli Manning would grow a pair...
steelerbabe777steelerbabe777 on November 16th, 2007 05:18 pm (UTC)
That is true on both counts--always knowing exactly what to expect from the opposing team and having Randy "I Must Have Crazy Glue on My Gloves" Moss...ohh, and you're right about Big Ben, too. :)

Well, I really didn't expect the Giants to beat the Cowboys. Not just because the Cowboys are one of my two teams, but just the pure difference in attitude and skill level. The same reason the Giants didn't win against the Packers, either and, similarly, got crushed. Just be glad you don't have to face either of these teams again! Especially with Eli's failitude. That guy has made it perfectly clear that he "couldn't care less." IMO, if it wasn't for Burress, they'd really be screwed...
Ellieellie on November 16th, 2007 08:29 pm (UTC)
Burress and Amani Toomer are the two that are carrying that offense. Both succeed because the other is there to do the stuff the other isn't fabulous at. Toomer has the best sideline awareness I've ever seen.

What frustrates me so much about Eli is that he's not a bad QB. Compared to let's say... Sexy Rexy, Eli is a stud. If only he would give a damn.

And Coughlin. Let's fire him already.
steelerbabe777steelerbabe777 on November 16th, 2007 08:37 pm (UTC)
You're right, I totally forgot, Toomer is amazing too. And you're right again--Eli would be a lot better if his heart was in it. And he's undoubtedly a hell of a lot better than Sexy Rexy (LOL) trying to "unleash the dragon." I sometimes wonder if Eli is only out there because he feels like he *has* to be...family expectations, and all...
Ellieellie on November 16th, 2007 08:52 pm (UTC)
Bet you he wishes he had the accident that did damage to his back instead of his older brother.

There are just some horrible QB's out there. Eli's not one of them. He just needs to decide if it's really what he wants.

(As a side note: I told everyone that the Giants were stupid for not grabbing Big Ben...)

Indeed. Even if your intelligence network doesn't pan out, you can rest easy knowing that, no matter how shitty of a pass you throw, Moss is somehow going to come up with the completion.

Oh, but everyone tapes everyone else's signals. They're just the ones who got caught... ;P
Ellieellie on November 16th, 2007 08:31 pm (UTC)
I really hate the Patriots for trying to defend that. I'm sure some teams do. But I am not going to believe that everyone else does it. The Giants can't possibly do it. I've seen them react to innovative offensive schemes. They get baffled.

That rocks. So ganked.
