Pittsburgh looked beautiful. And so did those Permanee's sammiches. And Bettis' entrance in that big fucking bus could not have been more awesome.

Somehow, we managed to sit through the whole game at the tavern, despite a) sitting in a hostile crowd of haters and b) a bunch of wiggers playing dee-jay and diddling around with a keyboard and bow-chica bass (damn I wish I were making that up). I think that makes us The Most Dedicated Stillers Fans Evar.

In short, they could've played better, but Miller, Ward, Porter, and Polamalu came through when we needed them.

Also, the Dolphins head coach throws like a five year-old girl.

He totally does. I loved how they kept showing the replay.

That's one time I wish I could have heard the commentary. I mean, SRSLY- you underhand it behind the ref's back and get what- four feet of distance?

Simply put, if you are going to challange a call three seconds before the snap, you MUST THROW THE FLAG WHERE THE REF'S CAN SEE IT.

If you don't get their attention, you can't bitch.

Are you not freakin' jazzed about Heath Miller's TD run?! =D

Though overall, Porter was my hero this game ^_^

Best 87-yard TD 85-yards out I've ever seen. :)

It wasn't a touchdown, but it got me 16 points in fantasty, so I'm cool with it. It was also impressive to watch, including the review of whether or not they could review the play.

Indeed, he stepped out of bounds, but a) the call on the field is the word of law, b) the Dolphins should have challenged long before the extra point was even set up, and c) I think the Steelers would have converted anyway with that field position. Willie Parker had started getting into his groove by that point, and even if he wasn't up for it, Batch was pretty impressive on his feet last night, too.

Darling, you're absolutely right.

Like I said, if Saban wanted to challange it, he should have thrown the flag much earlier or in a place people could see it.

And whoa, holy batch! I think the Lions are regretting that cut.

I remember several years ago, when Cowher was simiarly burned during a preseason game. He was Not. Happy. But, he made sure to heave that challenge flag the next time he wanted a play reviewed- got like twenty yards on it easy! And they kept showing replays of that. ;D
